How long does shipping take?
Usually 3 to 10 days. As soon as your parcel ships you automatically get an email with the tracking number. You can check the status any time under Track order.
How can I pay?
In the shop with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paysafecard.
Do you help with the setup?
Yes. Just open a ticket on our Discord. There are also step-by-step guides (in German) for DMA card, fuser and MAKCU.
What do I need for a DMA card?
Mainly a free PCIe slot. The setup builder shows which other parts fit your setup – or ask us in a ticket.
Bundle or single parts?
Bundles contain the DMA Card, a fuser and MAKCU. For controller setups there is a variant with XF Box instead of MAKCU for an extra charge – we tell you the price in a ticket.
A product is sold out – what now?
Click “Notify me” on the product. We email you once as soon as it is back in stock.
Where do I find downloads?
In your customer account. Downloads unlock after your first paid order – use the same email address in the shop as in your account.
